Can We Book Large Groups?
We can accept a standard booking up to 30 pax.
Any booking of 30+ pax is classified as an event, and you will need to contact our event team on email@example.com to reach event planner, or see our PLAN YOUR EVENT section.
Can I Stay Longer Than 2/3 Hours?
At the moment we are operating on sitting times as we have capacity restrictions - thank you for understanding
Can I Be Sat Near A TV?
We will always note the request and the team will do their best to accommodate, however please note this is not guaranteed
Do I Need To Eat Or Can I Just Drink?
We take both dining bookings and drinks bookings. You don’t need to have a meal if you are booking.
I received a $25 Birthday Voucher! How do I reedeem it?
To redeem your birthday voucher, simply show it to a member of staff at the bar when making a purchase! The voucher can only be used on transactions of food and beverage with a value of $25 or higher. The voucher cannot be redeemed in bottle shops or used to purchase cigarettes. The voucher is valid for the duration of the month it is issued.
Do I Need Make A Booking Or Can I Just Walk In?
At The Clock we take a mix of both bookings and reservations. We take a certain amount of bookings for each time frame and also leave some of the venue available for people to be able to walk in.
Will My CC Be Charged?
Your credit card is required to secure all bookings, it will only be charged in the event of a cancellation or no show. $100 will apply for cancelation within 48h or no-show. We'd prefer not to charge so please get in touch if you need to cancel your booking.
Is There A Long Line Wait To Get In Over The Weekend?
At The Clock we take a mix of both bookings and walk-ins. We take a certain amount of bookings for each time frame and also leave some of the venue available for people to be able to walk in. Depending on the time you wish to arrive, there may be a wait. The team will do their best to accommodate everyone. Please practise social distancing while in the line.
Can We Get Up And Walk Around?
You can now stand in the venue, we do recommend you socially distance where possible.
What's your current venue capacity?
The venues work to different capacities per area. Depending on the amount of walk-ins currently in venue, it is difficult to give an accurate number of availability. Your best bet is to walk in.
Do You Have Parking?
There is plenty of metered street parking within walking distance.
Only a ten minute walk to train, light rail and bus connections at Central Station.
Do You Have Disability Access?
Chair lift access from main entrance on Crown Street.
Lift access to all levels.
Disabled toilet available.
What Is Your Family/Children Policy?
Children are welcome in the Courtyard and Balcony until 10pm.
What Days Are You Closed?
We are closed Christmas Day.
What Is Your ID Policy?
A valid form of ID, such as a passport, photo card or driver's license may be required on entry.
Do You Cater To Food Allergies?
Yes, we can cater for a variety of dietary requirements and food allergies. Please let us know your requirements at time of booking.
A short walk to Surry Hills light rail, Central Station and bus connections at Central Station.
Can I Bring Pets?
We love dogs! Dogs are welcome in the Courtyard and out the front on Crown Street.
Support animals are always welcome.
Can I Bring A Cake?
You are welcome to bring cakes. We will provide disposable plates, napkins and forks.
Is There A Dress Code?
We welcome attire of all types.
