This August, we're celebrating community and flavour with a one-off menu created with our neighbours in Surry Hills.

We've teamed up with Four Pillars Gin, Brix Distillers and Bourke Street Bakery to create a collaborative menu celebrating the best of Surry Hills, featuring a Croissant Collins, and a delectable Banoffee Tarte Tatin dripping in Brix Spiced Rum. See the full menu below.
